Leave the printer switched on for 5 to 10 minutes so the internal cooling fan can lower the temperature of the hot fuser rollers.

Pull out the lower duplex tray completely and check underneath for any trapped sheets.

Unlatch and lower the rear access door at the back of the machine.

Pull the green release levers on the left and right sides toward you to open the fuser cover, then gently draw out the jammed sheet with both hands.

Snap the fuser levers back into place, close the rear door, and reinsert the paper tray.
