Keep the printer turned on and pull open the front access cover.

Press and hold the 'OK' button (or 'Go' on monochrome HL models) for approximately 2 seconds until 'Drum Unit' displays.

Tap 'OK' to confirm selection of the Drum Unit menu.

Press the Up arrow key to choose 'Reset' and clear the remaining drum page counter.

Close the front cover to complete the reset.
